The Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen is approx. 10 minutes by car from the flat. From here you can enjoy one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria which is world famous for the annual Hahnenkamm Race. It takes you approximately 20 minutes by car to the longest illuminated toboggan run of the world in Bramberg, which promises fun for the entire family! Another great option is the Kitzseinhorn glacier at 3,000 metres, an outstanding mountain experience that moves and inspires people 365 days a year. And the best part? The Kitzsteinhorn ski area can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car!.

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt mit nur kleinen und leicht behebbaren Schwächen. Im Großen und Ganzen recht gut ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, mit eigenen Parkplätzen und ausreichend schnellem WLAN Zugang. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig und nicht ideal schallisoliert. Vor allem die Duscharmatur macht laute Geräusche die einen im Nebenzimmer aufwecken, aber auch im anderen Schlafzimmer deutlich vernehmbar ist. Die Heizung war zeitweilig, sporadisch immer wieder mal außer Betrieb. Für ein Skigebiet wäre eine Abstellmöglichkeit für die Skiausrüstung und vor allem elektrische Schuhtrockner (!!!) wünschenswert. Die Menge an Tellern und Schüsseln könnte größer sein, für 6 Personen nicht ausreichen.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im Skiurlaub. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Lift, die perfekte Unterkunft zum Skifahren. Da die Wohnung jedoch nicht mitten im Trubel liegt, auch perfekt, um danach abzuschalten. Insgesamt super schön und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super unkompliziert und angenehm.
