About this holiday home

On the sunny side of the valley, enjoy the beautiful views. It is a sunny location with stunning views. The apartment is extremely fully equipped and modern, yet also very atmospheric. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for two families, each enjoying their privacy. At the large dining table, you will share the friendliness that makes the perfect holiday.

The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the famous ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun, or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer, too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. Even rafting or whitewater canoeing are among the possibilities. In short, it is the ideal exclusive location, all in the atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!".

We had a really wonderful one week stay with whole family, and it was nice that we could spread in separate rooms, while having great guestroom/kitchen with all neccessay amenities. The host was very welcoming even we were out of planned ckeck-in time. Not to mention the view of surroundings, which are really breathtaking!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Walchen- 15‘ vom Skigebiet in Kaprun entfernt. Für kleine Kinder empfehlen wir die Skischule am Nagelköpfl!!!

Het verblijf is niet op een vergelijkbaar niveau met eerdere meer positievere ervaringen via Villa for You. Prijs kwaliteit is niet optimaal. Prima verblijf en vakantie. Pluspunten: nieuwe keuken en badkamers. Minpunten: leefgedeelte woonkamer is te klein (aantal m2 en 1x 3p bank terwijl het een 8 p appartement is), sober ingericht, dunne matrassen en geen warme dekbedden, oude kleine tv waar je geen Netflix op kon streamen. Aardige eigenaar die zeer hulpvaardig.

Tip from the expert

For those still a little apprehensive about the larger ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See, the Naglköpfl ski slope, just outside the village, is an excellent alternative. It is ideal for the novice skiers or children
