About this holiday home

From the shared wellness area with sauna to the charming interior and the beautiful garden with terrace: all the ingredients for a top holiday are present. The kitchen is fully equipped and, thanks to the ski storage room with ski boot heating, you will be well prepared for each day. The view from the terrace is fairytale-like! .

The town centre and the nearest bakery and restaurant are about 300 metres from the property. The nearest supermarket (500 metres) is also easily accessible on foot. You can also go there for a hearty breakfast before heading into the mountains. In 10 minutes, you can reach the first lift of both Kaprun and Zell am See by car. Don't have your own transport at your disposal? No problem! The nearest ski bus stop is 400 m from the property. Piesendorf-Walchen itself also has a small ski area called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl, where there is a practice slope with a drag lift (Naglköpfllift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing are also possible here .

Accommodatie voldoet aan verwachting en omschrijving. Prima locatie: Ligt erg dichtbij treinstation (met de bijbehorende kaart - gratis reizen in de buurt). Op loopafstand van zwembad, met mooi weer een aanrader om de dag af te sluiten.

Wir waren nun das zweite mal in der Sonnen Lodge und auch diesmal sehr begeistert. Alles sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Bäckerei ist keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Abwicklung über Familie Berger ist einfach prima. Man wird herzlich empfangen und über alles wichtige informiert.

Toilettenpapier zu knapp und eher als Schleifpapier zu bezeichnen....(Luxusappart soll da nicht sparen) Flüssigseife war im Bad leer..... Staub unter den Betten. Fön ist doch da obwohl laut Beschreibung nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten gute Lage, auch für die die ohne Auto unterwegs sind. Sauna mit Lüftungsproblemen und teilweise mit Schimmel stellenweise aber trotzdem sehr praktisch und gut. Skikeller ist top nur leider war Skischuhwarmerzeitschalter kaputt, kann aber manuell ein und ausgeschaltet werden . Sehr praktisch jede Wohnung hat Waschmaschine und Trockner. Trotz einigen Kleinigkeiten kann ich insgesamt 4,5 Sterne vergeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

On the other side of the house is a train that will take you to Zell am See. The Zellersee in Zell am See is a beautiful lake where you can swim, pedal boat or enjoy the view of the mountains while sunbathing in the sunbathing lawn.
