This fully equipped and attractively furnished flat is located on a very sunny southern slope with wonderful unobstructed views of the Pinzgau Valley and the surrounding mountain world! The location is very central both in summer and winter. The small ski area of Naglköpfl is just around the corner where beginners can try out their first steps on the long skis. Also ideal for families with small children.

Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the popular ski areas of Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe), Kaprun or the snow-assured glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). Also in summer, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. There is a lot to do in the region culturally, such as many traditional festivals, or a visit to museums or cinemas. In short, the ideal exclusive location, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" Of course, the very hospitable owner will let you enjoy your stay, but will give all kinds of tips to make your holiday even more complete. It is also possible to reserve the barbeque or the infra-red sauna on site.

Eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit direkten malerischen Blick auf den Maiskogel und Kitzsteinhorn. Die lieben Eigentümer Tim und Amanda sind unaufgesetzt freundlich ,kinderlieb und hilfsbereit.Sie kennen sich in der Gegend gut aus und können mit einigen hilfreichen Tips aufwarten . Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können den „Maiskogelblick „ nur empfehlen und würden bei jedem erneuten Urlaub in der Gegend diese Unterkunft erneut buchen .
