The apartment is beautifully located amid the distinctive Austrian landscape. In winter, you can ski, snowboard and cross-country ski in the Zell am See - Kaprun ski area, while in summer you can take kilometres of walks and bike rides through nature. Trips to the surrounding villages are also well worthwhile. At 9.5 km is a lake that provides plenty of water fun. Don't feel like cooking in the evening? The nearest restaurants are just a 300 m walk from the accommodation.

Het appartement is compleet en sfeervol ingericht. Het heeft een fijne indeling. We voelden ons er meteen thuis! Dat gevoel ervaren wij zelden. Super fijn! Het appartement ligt in een leuk straatje met een kleine supermarkt. Er ligt een waterloop/beekje voor het appartement en dat maakt veel herrie. Je went er wel aan. Het water overstemt het geluid van de auto's op de weg, dus dat is weer positief. De doorgaande weg ligt best dichtbij. Het appartement is voorzien van tripple glas, waardoor je helemaal niets meer hoort als je de ramen en deuren sluit. Wij wonen zelf in het buitengebied en zijn geen geluiden gewend, daarom zal het ons meer opvallen. De 2 balkons zijn erg prettig (eettafel met stoelen en ook 2 ligstoelen). Overdag lekker zon. Na een paar dagen warm weer zou een airco of ventilator in de zomermaanden welkom zijn op de slaapkamers. De ligging van het appartement is centraal, maar je hebt voor elk uitje wel de auto nodig (watervallen, gletsjer, wandelen en zwemmen evenals een grotere supermarkt). Wij hebben genoten!

Wij hebben genoten van een fijne week. Het huis heeft een zonnig balkon met mooi uitzicht, een huiselijke knusse sfeer waar je je direct thuisvoelt, de compleet uitgeruste keuken en de kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. De skibus stopt praktisch voor de deur en brengt je zo naar de pistes. De auto staat veilig en warm in de garage, ook hebben we van de sauna mogen genieten! Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug

The adventure mountain Nagelköpfel is located near Piesendorf/Walchen. Besides classic winter sports, you can do a lot more here: Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing. A free ski bus takes you to the mountain and back once a day
