It is located in a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments, each occupying an entire floor. This accommodation is located on the top floor and features a private entrance, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace. The place to start your holiday days in style!.
The ski lift is a short distance from the accommodation. Are you on a ski holiday with small children? Then you can use a children's drag lift, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. You can also use the ski bus, which stops 2 minutes from the accommodation. With the Wildkogelbahn (6-seater gondola), you'll be in the heart of the Wildkogel Arena in no time. You will find mainly wide slopes here. An absolute highlight is the 14-kilometre (floodlit) toboggan run in neighbouring Bramberg. In addition, the region offers 45 kilometres of trails, beautiful winter hiking routes and an ice rink in the centre of Neukirchen.
In summer, you will enjoy magnificent mountain panoramas and plenty of natural beauty here. Hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding: you can do it all here. Need groceries? Or don't feel like cooking for yourself one day? A supermarket and good restaurants with typical Austrian menus are within walking distance

Can we bring and store e-bikes, and is there a charge?
There is lockable storage for bicycles/e-bikes. There is also a charging facility. A flat fee of €25 per week may be charged for bikes. These costs will be charged on site.
How do I pay for charging my e-car?
There is a charging station for e-vehicles in the car park of the Kobelhäusl. Payment is made directly before charging by bank card or credit card.
Why is this property only bookable on a weekly basis in mid-June?
A big motor event called Club of Newchurch takes place here in mid-June where there are various performances in the village. There is a lot to do then. In 2025, it takes place from 14.06 - 22.06.
Tip from the expert
The Krimmler Wasserfälle is an impressive waterfall and is located in the Hohentauern National Park. At 380 metres, it is the longest waterfall in all of Europe. A must see!
