You have access to a communal sauna and from the balcony you can enjoy the sun's rays and mountain views, As soon as you enter the property you will be welcomed by a luxurious interior, the kitchen with modern facilities and the living room with lots of atmosphere. Mühlbach is one of the three villages (along with Dienten and Maria Alm) set against the stately 2941-metre-high mountain, the Hochkönig. The ski area of the same name is equipped with modern lifts and it is great for beginners as well as (advanced) skiers. You can even ski all the way to the village of Maria Alm via the Königstour. Cross-country skiing is, of course, also possible here. As the trails are located high up, they are easily passable even well into winter. In summer, the region transforms into a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

A bicycle shed is available behind the complex. This is covered. You should bring your own lock. Bicycles may not be stored elsewhere or in the flat.

Mühlbach has two cross-country ski runs with a total length of around 10 kilometres. Do you want to do some tobogganing? There are three toboggan runs with a total length of almost 7 kilometres.
