About this holiday home

The style of the flat is reminiscent of a modern Tinyhouse. Lots of wood, lots of craftsmanship, lots of regional inspiration and very little frills. The beautiful skylights provide plenty of natural light and give you the chance to gaze at the stars at night. The kitchen is ideal for socialising and the natural dining table is made to be lived in. The flat's atmosphere makes you look forward to coming home every time .

Mittersill is the ideal starting point for all nature lovers. In the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and yet with direct access to the Kitzbühel Alps ski area with approx. 170 kilometres of pistes and numerous fantastic downhill runs. The perfect holiday resort for skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and extensive ski tours.

We had a wonderful stay in Austria! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is beautifully finished and well equipped with everything we needed. It is an easy walk into Mittersill to access the town, restaurants and local pool. There is a great supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Many thanks for everything X

Petit coin de paradis pour un séjour en famille! Petit coin de paradis au milieu des montagnes autrichiennes du SalzbourgerLand. 1H30 de Salzbourg, entouré de nombreuses activités touristiques ! C’était top… Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas aèrera les chambres quand il fait chaud (surtout pour le lit du haut dans la chambre « enfant » et un tout petit peu plus de couverts pour manger en famille serait top!

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. Een superleuk huisje, mooie inrichting en werkelijk alles is aanwezig. Ook een fijne locatie, alles is goed in de buurt, waardoor je nooit lang onderweg bent voor toffe uitstapjes. Ook meerdere supermarkten op loopafstand. Daarnaast een zwemmeertje op 7 minuten rijden, dit is zeker voor de kids heel fijn na een lange wandeling oid. Het huisje was wel heel warm in de zomer en koelt niet goed af, ook zijn er veel muggen. Dit vonden wij wel jammer.

Modern ingericht en een ruim terras. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Mooi ingericht, ruim terras en vriendelijke hosts. Alles prima, misschien een lamp op het terras voor 's avonds.

Is there a ski room?

There is no ski room, but guests can put their skis in the owner's barn.

Can the skylights by the beds be darkened?

Yes, the skylights can be darkened with pleated blinds. There is already a small opening so that a little daylight can get in. However, it is possible to screen off the bed, so that you can turn the sleeping area into a small sleeping cave and make it dark.

Do the sleeping areas have a door?

The sleeping quarters do not have a door, but can be closed by a curtain.
