About this holiday home

This beautiful and spacious apartment is located in the middle of the mountains near Mauterndorf, in the beautiful nature of the sunny Lungau region. This apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely furnished. You can really enjoy your time off here. You can park in the private parking space in the garage at this complex. This house has a large swimming pool which guests can use free of charge. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity.

The cosy village Mauterndorf is a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski resorts of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg airport is 120 km away. In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, tennis, cycling on the Murradwanderweg, road cycling, motorcycling and soaking up the clean air at the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit Golfclub Lungau, a beautiful 18-hole golf course about 9 km away. Playing golf among the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities.

Wir waren zu viert für einen Skiurlaub in Obertauern zu Besuch. Von der Wohnung aus sind wir 20 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Wohnung liegt etwas erhöht an einem Berg, wenn man den Weg einmal kennt ist sie auch super zu finden. Der Ausblick bei der Ankunft ist einfach genial. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön allerdings war der Boden sehr dreckig. Die ganze Wohnung war bei Bezug sauber nur der Boden wurde offensichtlich vergessen ( Flusen, Haare, Dreck). Außerdem war auf einem Bettbezug und Bettlaken Kotflecken. Durch den wirklich sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Hausmeister Herr Seer wurde sofort die Reinigungsfirma informiert und die Mängel am selben Tag behoben. Die Matrazen waren im Schlafzimmer durchgelegen, was uns sehr wundert weil die Generalsanierung dieses Jahr erst abgeschlossen wurde und alle Möbel neu waren. Prinzipiell ist es eine sehr schöne, große und geräumige Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick. Auch die Freizeitangebote im Objekt sind für Familien mit Kinden sehr zu empfehlen ( vor allem für Jugendliche) . Mit freundlichen Grüßen Silvio Stein
