About this holiday home
Try this modern flat near the center of Leogang. You occupy the right-hand side of this semi-detached holiday home. There are two flats. This flat is on the 1st floor and has a living room with a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the basement is a sauna and washing machine, shared with the guests of the other flat. The ski storage is shared with the other guests living on the left side of the house. The terrace and barbecue do not belong to this property.
Do you love winter sports? Then, a stay in this apartment is highly recommended! Just 200 meters from the holiday home, the free ski bus takes you quickly to the beautiful ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang, with 270 km of slopes. You can cross-country ski right when you step out of the door.
Leogang is centrally located, and it takes no time to get to Zell am See and Kaprun. An extensive range of shops can be found in nearby Saalfelden.
In summer, you can enjoy hiking in Leogang and its surroundings, and the various lifts provide a base for a great day in the mountains. There is the Bikepark in Leogang for mountain bikers, with challenging trails for all levels.

No, the terrace and BBQ are only for guests renting the property for 6. You do have access to a lovely balcony with a view.
