About this holiday home

This very spacious flat is located in a small complex. There are 3 other flats in the building and they are all exclusively meant for tourist rental. All flats can park at least one car in the garage underneath the building. You can leave that car there, because you really live in the middle of the village. Restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance from the flat.

Even the ski slope is only 300 metres away, although the ski bus stops right in front of the door. The ski lifts leave from the cosy village of Dienten in various directions. Dienten is situated in the middle of the Hochkönig skiing area, which stretches from Mühlbach to Maria Alm. For winter sports enthusiasts looking for more challenges, the popular resorts of Saalbach (40 km), Flauchau (35 km) and Bad Gastein (35 km) are not far away and can all be reached within an hour by car. For many people, Dienten is an undiscovered gem in summer. The area has many beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails that lead you through the beautiful mountain landscape.

Wir haben über Silvester 24/25 für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder gebucht. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und perfekt für Gruppen, da 3 Bäder zur Verfügung stehen. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelstockbett. Das Wohn- Esszimmer ist toll ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte teilweise der Abfluss in einer Dusche nicht und auch die Termostate für die Fußbodenheizung waren schwer zu regulieren, sodass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch der Skikeller und die Stellplätze sind gut erreichbar. Auch die Anfragen und Kommunikation, weil das Türschloss klemmte und elektronisch vorerst nicht zu öffnen war, funktionierte reibungslos auch Sonntag Abend. Achtung: die Einfahrtshöhe für die Tiefgarage ist Max. 200cm. Mit einem Transporter kommt man nicht rein. Der Aufstieg zur Grüneggalm und Rodelbahn sind direkt im die Ecke.

Heerlijk! Ruimte en inrichting Een parkeerplaats. Voor een appartement voor meer dan 5 personen. Op zich niet erg, maar in dorp onvoldoende parkeergelegenheid voor langere tijd. Na overleg konden we op een parkeerplaats van een ander appartement omdat dat niet verhuurt was, maar als het vol zit is dat ook geen mogelijkheid.

Große, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage ohne ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten Kurze Wege zum Skibus und Einkauf, Größe der Wohnung und Mobiliar. Hell und modern Eingerichtes Objekt Die verwirrende Kommunikationen im Vorfeld, zu viele wiederkehrende Mail, falsche Code Informationen, kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Absolut negativ das Thema Parkplatz, im Angebot wird von Parkplätzen geschrieben und dass keinen Reservierung möglich ist. Vor Ort sind die Parkplätze den Wohnungen zugewiesen, was okay ist. Aber ein Parkplatz für eine Wohnung mit 12 Betten, das geht nicht auf. Im ganzen Ort gibt es nur Kurzeitparkplätze und die Polizei kontrolliert. Es sind genügen Parkplätze im Haus vorhanden, die sind aber durch das gegenüberliegende Hotel reserviert.
