About this holiday home

Those looking for peace and quiet have come to the right place in Mühlbach. The village lies between the well-known places Bramberg am Wildkogel and Hollersbach in Pinzgau, so boredom is out of the question! The cosy apartment has a large terrace where you can spend evenings together. Whether it's for a game of cards or a delicious homemade dinner! There is plenty of light and in the large bath you will unwind after a beautiful day in the Austrian mountains.

In winter you are spoilt for choice, the skiing areas Kitzbühel-Kirchberg and Bramberg-Neukirchen are both about 5 minutes by car from the house. Also in summer there is plenty to do, from the house you can explore the area on foot or by bike.

Die Kommunikation mit „Villa for You“ war hervorragend: Regelmäßige Erinnerungen und immer online erreichbar. Das Vermieter Ehepaar vor Ort war ebenfalls immer erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns ist in der Nacht zum Feiertag in einem Zimmer die Heizung ausgefallen. Nach Meldung am Morgen wurde noch am Feiertag alles erledigt. Top Service. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende eines Tales, sehr schön und ruhig, aber strategisch sehr gut, um verschiedene bekannte Skigebiete zu erreichen. KitzSki, Wildkogel, Zillertal Arena, Kaprun etc. Die beiden erstgenannten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Top!

Natur und Gemütlichkeit pur Die sehr urige, gemütliche, plitzsaubere Ferienwohnung ist mit einem tollen Balkon (Sicht auf die Berge) und einem Kachelofen ausgestattet und in einer Stichstraße gelegen. Ein kleiner, mächtiger Fluss, der ein Kraftwerk speist, fließt vorbei. Es war etwas schwierig, unsere (2) E-Bikes unterzubringen; sichere Lagermöglichkeit nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in apartment Leiter. Prachtige locatie, comfortabel koel huis, geweldige service van de eigenaren. Het was een genot om elke ochtend op het balkon naar de bergen te kijken en de kippen (geen haan gelukkig) van de boer ernaast te horen. Aan de andere kant van het huis is een terras waar de zon bijna niet komt, dus dat was heerlijk koel tijdens de warme dagen. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Er is een kleine supermarkt en een goed restaurant op 5 minuten loopafstand. Zell am See en Kaprun liggen op een half uur rijden. Het dichtstbijzijnde stadje Mittersill is leuk en er zijn in de regio meerdere bergbahnen.

Barbecues are not allowed directly at the house. In the neighbouring village of Neukirchen, there are nice barbecue areas at the Blausee, about 25 minutes' drive away, 11 km away.
