About this holiday home

Welcome to this beautiful farmhouse with shared garden. The second and third floors are entirely at your disposal and the living room with its cosy fireplace is the ideal place to get together after a long day in the beautiful region. The accommodation is heated modernly and the lovingly decorated with lots of wood makes you feel immediately welcome. The bedroom in the open loft cannot be closed off. Come in soon! .

For winter sports fans, this property has a central location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away). The ski bus stops right in front of the house! In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is already a swimming pool 500 metres from the house. The famous Großglockner, as well as the Krimmler Wasserfälle, are nearby and are both definitely worth a visit .

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in rustikalem Ambiente und sehr freundlicher Vermieterin:-) Wir hatten das Glück in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung zu übernachten und wir können nur sagen, dass es eine der besten Entscheidungen war! Die Wohnung strahlt eine gemütliche, rustikale Atmosphäre aus, die perfekt zu den malerischen Landschaften Österreichs passt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet mehr als genug Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vermittelt ein warmes, einladendes Gefühl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um leckere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und bieten einen erholsamen Rückzugsort nach einem Tag voller Abenteuer in der Natur. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls ideal. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub in Österreich.

Heel mooie ruimte, we waren met 4 maar er kunnen wel 10 personen verblijven! Veel karakteristieke elementen in de woning, zelfs op iedere kamer. Erg sfeervol. De gastvrouw was ook behulpzaam!

Een mooi appartement op een landelijke locatie. De eigenaar woont beneden. Als ik een probleem tegenkwam, kon ik zo even aankloppen. We hebben er een fijne week doorgebracht.

Perfect place to stay in Tyrol. Views from the balcony are breathtaking. Kitchen is well equipped with all you may need. Wooden house is all you need during your stay in Austria. Nearby you can find amazing mountains trails.🧡

In the ski area Wildkogel-Arena, there is a toboggan run with a length of 14 kilometers. You start at the top station of the Emerald Railway and end in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The toboggan run is open in the evening as well as during the day. It is the longest floodlit toboggan run in the Alps!
